Invisible World of Water Exhibit

  • Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University 1900 Benjamin Franklin Parkway Philadelphia, PA, 19103 United States (map)

Honored to included among these pioneers from the 19th-20th c. curated by Marina McDougall with stellar orchestration by Jennifer Sontchi, Senior Exhibitions Director and Academy Designer and Installation Director, Lauren Duguid.

PLEASE NOTE: You must visit the show with me in order to access my diatom sculpture Flourish in the Historic Reading Room, adjoining the gallery but not open to the public.

Every other Friday the inspiring Academy Archivist will present talks at the top of the hour from 11 - 4 every other Friday (2/18, 3/4, 3/18, 4/1, 4/15 & 29) in the Historic Reading Room. I encourage you to book your visit to catch this magical opportunity and see the earliest works on diatoms ever published and the first microscope. Flourish is in this special space with the archives so you gain access to the sculpture and incredible history this way.

Consider joining to access all available in the Academy including special programing for a year and visit IWOW through May 1, 2022 while supporting conservation and education.

I will be scheduling limited visits with guests throughout the exhibit. Email me if you want to join me at IWOW: marguerita@margueritahagan.com. Click here to visit the Academy of Natural Science exhibit page:
